Project Overview

MSS collaborated with Transom on the EPG/Top Systems Contract Management & Billing (CnB) project to automate contract handling and billing processes.

Challenges

Transom required a robust system to manage complex contracts, ensure accurate billing, and support compliance in a dynamic aviation environment.

Solution

Over a 6-month duration, MSS implemented the CnB system, providing end-to-end customization and integration. This included features for contract tracking, automated invoicing, and reporting.

Results

The project is live and locally supported by MSS. It has enhanced operational efficiency and includes one ICV (In-Country Value) candidate, contributing to local talent development.
